This piece depicts the idea that even if one has family around to support one. But yet sometimes one still feels like they have to put on a mask or put on a smile in todays social climate yet one may not be okay at all. It's about feeling trapped and not being able to a reach the achievements one may not but that is how i interpret it. The viewer may find a completely new way to explain what they see.
